lol.. I don’t even know what it’s supposed to do, but I relish any chance to let the Frenchies outrank evil pointy nosed Goldens *
*Sidenote: that all goes back to the oooooold days of rec.pets.dogs, where we had a running ‘thing’ about the Frenchies being the evil twins of the do-gooder Goldens. Goldens were about helping people, Frenchies were about manipulating people into making them pancakes. It culminated annually on April Fool’s Day in our pretending to ‘hijack’ each others websites, complete with faked headlines and magazine covers. One year, Tessa was on the Cover of Field and Stream, and Lyn’s Golden was on the Cover of “Spoiled Bitch Monthly”.
One year we pretended we were cross breeding Goldens and Frenchies, and had created a new breed that WOULD fetch, but only copies of Vogue and boxes of Godiva chocolates, and only if a limo driver drove them to get the stuff.
