Well, we knew it had to happen eventually – having exhausted every other genre of music, Glee has now moved on to obscure French Canadian mid 80’s alt rock.
Last night’s Glee featured a cover of “Safety Dance” , a catchy little number from 1983 by the Montreal group Men Without Hats.
The Glee cover was fun, but for sheer lunacy the original video can’t be beat. Who doesn’t love a video that features little people, morris dancing, angry men who don’t have any hats, and what appear to be cattle skulls on stakes?
