As for sponsors: Tell Essex Cottage Farms that I was lucky enough to win their Dutch Apple Muffin mix as a prize for the person-who-came-the-furthest. I promptly baked it up once back in Edmonton--and it was devoured by my three Frenchies and one bulldog. It smelled so good while baking that I wanted to eat it myself!
