Butters was very tietie.. (sleepy). Her first show, and a bit overwhelming! She behaved well, but was a goof in the ring! Hopefully better day tomorrow, but we’re under a judge from Thailand, and I have no way of even guessing what his type preference will be.
I spent some time at the DLCC booth, where I had the pleasure of meeting Caveat and her pack of vicious, ravenous Toy Wire Haired Pit Bulls (you mean you’ve never heard of Toy Wire Haired Pit Bulls? They’re all the rage). They savaged me by attempting to vigorously lick all the skin off of my face - I feel like I barely escaped with my life, or at least my derma.
I heard the good news that the DLCC filed with the supreme court yesterday – cross your fingers! Talked to lots of people who seem to finally understand that’s in ALL breed thing, not a ‘Pit Bull’ thing, and I spoke to one Frenchie owner who told me that animal control in their town came out because their neighbours called and said they had a ‘baby pit bull’ they were ‘harboring’. Idiots.
It was great to meet you today, Froggy! When can Butters come to live at our house? She is adorable and my Toy Wire-Haired ‘Pit Bulls’ thought she was da bomb.
I looked for you later but you had probably left for home.
